For students Green Belt and Higher
As we transition in to contact sparring training, we ask that all students green belt and up have their sparring gear. If you do not have it, please click the link below to get some!
Upcoming Events:
- Thursday, November 11th : Veteran's Day Camp
- Please respond if you would like your child to attend!
- Friday, November 12th : Spinning Hook Kick Seminar:
- AT UMAC BRIARLCLIFF
- Master your spinning hook kick! 6:30 - 8pm. Open to students brown belt or higher
- Friday, November 19th : Belt Graduation: Your Instructor should let you/your child know if you're ready.
- Times:
- Dragons @ 5:15
- White and Yellow @ 6:00
- Orange, Green and Blue @ 6:45
- Purple - Black @ 7:45
- Saturday, November 20th : Food Drive Ends: We'll be running a food drive to support Feeding Westchester until Saturday the 20th. Please consider donating any non-perishable foods. Bins for collection are by the front desk
- Thursday, November 25th - Sunday, November 28th: UMAC CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY
- Friday, December 24th - Sunday, January 2nd: UMAC CLOSED FOR WINTER BREAK
