UMAC Families,
We hope everyone had a great holiday break!
This email is to explain a change to normal operations for this coming week (January 3rd-8th) due to Master Berlow, Grand Master Berlow, Mrs. Berlow and Mrs. Scully tested positive for COVID over the break.
As a precaution, we have been told to quarantine for 10 days. Mrs. Berlow is done the 5th, Grand Master Berlow the 6th, Master Berlow the 8th and Mrs. Scully the 9th.
You can see the modified schedule below with slight changes to later classes.
Here are the changes to the schedule:
1) Black Belt Prep, Adult and Teen Fitness, Beginner Family Class and Intermediate Children's Class will be cancelled for the week.
2) Intermediate Students are invited to join the Advanced Class Monday and Wednesday @ 5:30pm
3) Beginner Family Class students are invited to join the Family Class on Tuesday and Thursday @ 6:00pm
4) Family Class will be at 6:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday rather than 6:20pm
5) Leadership Class is invited to UMAC Briarcliff (From 6:30-7:30pm)
These changes for the week were thought out in detail so that we can continue operations in UMAC Shrub Oak while making sure UMAC Briarcliff can operate smoothly as well.
Classes and After School will be taught, assisted and operated by the following Instructors:
Instructor Natasha Edwards, a 2nd degree blackbelt high level Taekwondo Competitor and daughter of Master Edwards.
Instructor Nishant Dash, a 3rd degree black belt with over a decade of Taekwondo Training
Training Instructor Kylie Edwards, a 2nd degree black belt aspiring instructor, also daughter of Master Edwards.
Training Instructor Mia Sanguino, a 1st degree black belt high level Taekwondo Competitor
Mrs. Berlow will be back on Wednesday to assist in operations.
Grand Master Berlow will be teaching Thursday's Family Class @ 6pm
Master Berlow will be back on Saturday
