If you haven't heard, we'll be running at 28 Day Warrior Challenge in February
The main goal of this challenge is to build the habit of consistent at home training. Last email we discussed how we'll use this challenge to build camaraderie amongst students.
Today will focus on how the challenge teaches discipline!

This challenge serves as the perfect medium to build that skill! Some days, participants might not want
to perform their daily task, but with the goal in mind, they'll find the discipline to do so!
By day 28, this discipline will feel like second nature. Participants can take this mindset and apply
it to all areas of their life!
