Friday, May 31st: UMAC After School Pre-Registration: Register before May 31st and receive this year's rates! (Lakeland Schools only if you are unable to provide transportation)

Monday Nights: New Adult Class at 7:15: If you are interested in trying martial arts, please register today for a special trial. We focus on taekwondo training, stretching and meditation. With our special offer, you will receive 4 weeks of training for only $49!! This even includes a FREE UMAC uniform!

Saturday, June 15th: Father's Day Class: All Dads, please join us for a free Father's Day class! 9:30 a.m. for Dragons and 10:10 a.m. for All Belt Class.
