Friday, May 3rd: Board Breaking Pizza Party from 5-7 p.m. Join us as we break boards, eat pizza and have a lot of fun!! This is a drop-off event.

Friday, May 31st: UMAC After School Pre-Registration: Register before May 31st and recieve this years rates! (Lakeland Schools only if you are unable to provide transportation)

Monday nights: New Adult Class at 7:15: If you are interested in trying martial arts, please register today for a special trial. We focus on taekwondo training, stretching and meditation. With our special offer, you will receive 4 weeks of training for only $49!! This even includes a UMAC uniform!
