Monday Nights:New Adult Class at 6:30: If you are interested in trying martial arts, please register today for a special trial. We focus on taekwondo training, stretching and meditation. With our
special offer, you will receive 4 weeks of training for only $49!! This even includes a FREE UMAC uniform!

We will be hiking in Teatown Preserve. More information to follow.
Friday, July 19th: Belt Graduation: Master Berlow will let you/your child know if you are ready. More information will
follow.
Saturday, July 20th: UMAC Picnic: We will be hosting our annual picnic at Cedar Lane Park in Ossining from 1-4 p.m. Join us for some BBQ, lawn games and lots of fun!
