The Mount Kisco Child Care Center and the Ossining Children's Center were represented at last week's opening Budget Hearing with board members and parents. They were awesome. Nearly 230 child care/after school programs have had children with Westchester Works Child Care Scholarships. You need to show up too, especially to the November 20th budget hearing,
when the BOL can still add funding back into the proposed budget.
