Happy Tuesday everyone!!! We hope that you had a wonderful weekend with your family and are ready to get back to training today as we prepare for graduation this Friday! Just a reminder that the ceremony will be held HERE in our school. We will NOT be traveling to Briarcliff.

Monday October 13th: UMAC CLOSED FOR HOLIDAY WEEKEND

Friday, October 17th: Belt Graduation: We are so looking forward to a great ceremony this week! Please remember that it will be held here at our school in Shrub Oak.

Monday, October 20th: FULL DAY PROGRAM for Diwali: A registration page will open soon. Please use the link below to register if you need child care on this Superintendent's Conference Day.

Class Special! Adult Class Mondays at 6:45: If you are interested in trying martial arts, please register today for a special trial. We focus on taekwondo training, stretching and meditation. With our special offer, you will receive 2 weeks of training for only $20!!! This even includes a FREE UMAC uniform!
