UMAC Families,
It has come to our attention that there was a student that has tested positive for COVID and was in our facility between 5:55 and 6:30 pm Monday for more than 10 minutes.
Here is the steps that we have taken:
1: Immediate call to the Westchester Health Department to check exactly what we have to do.
2: Cancelled Family Class and Adult and Teen Fitness for tonight
3: Contacted anyone that was in the building at the time of exposure to self isolate for 10 days
4: Cleaning of the facility
5: Created this email
What will happen over the next 10 days:
Unfortunately, both Master Berlow and Senior Instructor Carr will need to self isolate until February 19th.
This means that all evening classes will be shifting to virtual and continue to run on the same schedule.
Virtual School Support and After School Program will on as scheduled.
