After School Survey....Please take the two minutes and help us out

Here we are in the middle of the Summer and we are asking about next year's After School Program.

Well, we are doing our due diligence now to make the 2021-2022 After School Program the best ever and would really appreciate your valued input.

Team UMAC is hard at work planning this coming After School Program and have some great stuff in store for everyone....and could use your help.

Even if you have never attended our After School Program before, your input would be greatly appreciated.
