This comes in many different forms, but it all boils down to finishing what I NEED to do before doing what I WANT to do...
As an instructor, in order for me to earn the right to teach I have to be a student first and train. I NEED to train in order to teach so that I always have something to show my students and can always stay ahead of them. Yes, I must be better than my students ;)
Otherwise I would need to be the one training and my students teaching!
As a student in our after school program, one of the biggest things that makes them earn the right to train or do our games is to stay on top of their school work.
Homework and good grades is always top priority!
Mrs. Scully, the director of the After School Program is a Certified Teachers Assistant.
She even tutors on her off time!
We give students dedicated "Homework time" during the program so that they can focus on their school work and stay on top of what they NEED to do.
Mrs. Scully is there to assist them in their work!
Once they are finished and it is checked on by Mrs. Scully, they EARN THE RIGHT to do fun activities!
As mentioned previously, our goal is to help you and your child get the most out of your training, but more importantly excel academically!
We are going to make an announcement that you are going to love. You will not only want to send your children to our after school program, but need to!!!!!
Once we get everything locked in, we'll send out an email with the announcement!!!
