UPDATE: No Friday Sparring Class due to Retreat!

Hello All Students,

Quick update. Due to the Quest for Mastery Retreat, the sparring class tonight at 4:30 will be cancelled. All students are welcome to train in the 3:45-4:30 all belt class!
