UMAC Families,
Hope everyone is training hard!! Always remember, what you put into your training is what you get out of it! For those that now have some extra time at home, dedicate a little more time to mastering one area of your training! 10-15 minutes of practice per day goes a long way!
We are endlessly grateful for the dedicated students that are using Taekwondo as a means to escape from the craziness going on in the world. We want to be the positive light in your day!
Here is the plan for Thursday, 4/16:
- 7am: Meditation and Stretching with Grand Master Berlow
- 11am: Kick Conditioning with Master Edwards Workshop (Green Belts and Up)
- 3pm: Dragons Class
- 3:45pm: Yellow & Orange Belt Class
- 5:00pm: Bodan Belt Class
- 5:40pm: Black Belt Class
- 6:20pm: Conditioning Kickboxing
